I have a Zenith 2 lower bowl I am working on but the compensator jet is stuck like the secondary well which had to be drilled out. I tried with a screw driver but after a few times, half of the screw head broke off! So now I am stuck with half of a head to work with. Where should I go from here?

Zenith A carbs or Model T cast iron bodied carbs, use heat first. Heat the area around the jet, well or seat that needs to come out to orange color, let cool and most of the time will easily screw out.

Probably too late but … I recommend the DVD carburetors and carbohydrates That is listed in the better model A parts catalogs. They heat a rusty zenith carburetor cherry red hot with a acetylene torch . You don't want to overheat and melt jets . then drop the hot carb in a bucket of cold water and the jets can easily be removed . I have used this method and it hasn't failed me yet .

Also works very well getting the broken in half or stuck Venturis out !!..

Tried heat before but didn't work as it didn't come off and the screw head broke in two! Usually heat does the trick but this one is quite stubborn.

Drilling it out might be hard because the jet is on an angle and you can't really fit a drill in there (maybe with a long bit?).

all of above , and also a screw exractor with heat etc heat has worked previously for me

I once accidently broke a Zenith lower housing in half , trying to remove a stuck secondary well , must have had a crack in the housing that wasn't noticed . A quick call to Berts model A parts and a good used lower carb housing was on the way at a very reasonable price .
