Default Double bearing pinion sleeve imstall

I need to replace the double bearings in a 39 rear end. I have the parts from Mac Van Pelt, But I think replacing that sleeve is beyond my capabilities. Am I correct to assume this? I have a OA torch to heat the case and a HF press, but lack any special tools and the experience.

Am I correct that this is beyond my scope to attempt? If so, any recommendations where I should take it from NYC to Bridgeport CT? I would love to have Mac do it, but it's heavy for shipping.

Any advice would be apprenticed.

Thanks,
Carl
