Saw this '38 on CL today.

It's a little V8-60 that looks pretty darn good for $5,500

If it is too good to be true, it usually is. As reported in a previous Post, this is a Scam. This car was recently sold on eBay for a more appropriate price, and included these pictures. The present advertiser on Craig's List is using the original photos from the eBay sale and listing the car at a much reduced price, trying to suck unsuspecting buyers in. It is a real pity that there are sharks out there trying to take money from genuine people. Yes, it is obviously a Scam.
