rear spring width?
are all model A rear springs the same width?

how wide are they? the spring i have is 2 1/4" wide, it seems too wide to fit in the rear crossmember easily.

I took some leaves out of my rear spring....just measured them and the old leaves are 2 5/16 wide.
The edges of the top leaf need to be chamfered to insure a good fit into the cross member... .
