Thumbs up Order from Snyder's

I placed an online order for 25 items at 8:46Am today. Received E-mail at 4:35Pm that all 25 items had been shipped. In my opinion that is excellent service.

Even more important they charge actual shipping cost.

Same thing here! I just received an order for trunk mount brackets that I had ordered late last week. They said it would be about four weeks and the next day I got the email saying they had been shipped already! They are in my garage now. WOW

Oh, I don't know... I placed an order last night and it isn't here yet..

(and I may not get it as they did not pay attention to my NO FEDEX on my account. FedEx can never seem to find my house.)

FedEx has it and says Thursday..... I'll be surprised if it is.

Great. But aren't we all kind of tired of supplier and shipping posts? They're generally fine, sometimes wonderful sometimes terrible. Enough already.

No question about it. Snyders is really good to deal with. I started dealing with them many years ago when I owned a Model T.

Yes I agree and I find them almost as reliable as Bratton's who I have been dealing with for thirty years. Great service and shipping.

Actually, no, not as long as people want to talk about it. And that goes for any subject. If you are tired, why open it, there is nothing you can look forward to.

My order came FedEx. Ordered Thursday, went through four different transfer points, got here Tuesday, NO Damage!

I agree. Don't like it, don't read it.

I purchased some hose clamps along with some other items from Snyder's at around 2 am one night. At around 7:00 am I received an email saying the hose clamps I had bought were out of stock but they would go ahead and send the other items that were in stock. They offered several solutions to the clamp problem that I felt were above and beyond what was REQUIRED. Even offering me a more expensive clamp at a reduced price. Hard to find customer service like that. They have earned my future business.

Two gripes
1) people who open and read posts they don't like, and then complain about it.
2) people who replace half of their engine trying to resolve a problem, that they haven't actually diagnosed. Thank God my doctor doesn't operate that way!
OK , done whining.

If you don't open it and read it, how would you know if you liked it or not? Why is a complaint worse than "gosh willie, your right. They're wonderful"?

Actually, doctors do work this way-try to figure out what's most likely wrong, then work down toward the less likely possibilities. And how does this have ANYTHING to do with the topic at hand?

I doubt it.
