Default 1934 Victoria Driver window replacement

Guys, Baffled by the removal of the door window. Original is cracked. Have black edged replacement and new weather stripping kit. Seems that we had a tudor sedan thread on similar subject several months back but I can not find it. Any constructive comments appreciated.
