Default Undercarriage Paint Touch UP

There are some small areas on the undercarriage with chips in the paint that I would like to touch up with a brush. No roller or air brush, they are just not that large. I believe I can match the paint color(black) but looking for any technics or brushes I should use for this. The undercarriage has both smooth a rougher areas on the frame and some of the steering linkages. Plan to use rustoleum oil based paint. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Either use a small brush and buy a pint of the right color, or spray some into the cap of the spray can, let it thicken a bit, then use a small brush to apply it.
