Re: New member
Thanks big hammer, yes the gas line is a plastic tube,
The original steel line was full of dirt so i cutted the line leaving a piece what comes thru the firewall and a small piece connecting the carburettor which were easy to clean,in between a plastic fuel line which i had laying around was mounted, You can see it as a roadside repair(actually in my workshop)which in some future will be replaced by a steel one........or not. |

Renè,
Welcome. Is that an English Ford on the left and a Vauxhall on the right? I remember seeing those cars reviewed in our magazine Road & Track back in the late '50's. R&T used to review all the European cars back then. David Serrano |

Re: New member
A great collection of cars. One of my friends used to race a 60s (105E?) Anglia. I know the Dutch are very keen on classic British cars, I once went to weekend meet near Venlo where there were 602 Triumph Spitfires. An amazing sight.
I know southern Holland very well as I spent half my life living just on the German side of the border near Roermond. |

The French baget on the motorbike is just a little cliché? Eh? Lol Jeff

Re: New member
Yes,the bagette and basket are more as a statement, the members of the french bike club are very tight about originality, they have all mounted a oilcan on the front forks with an oilcan from a french brand,i thought i need to have some french too...........

Re: New member
I'm a new member also. Just joined today. Bought my first 1931 Model A Tudor this past October. Learning a lot as I get into her. She was billed as a deluxe, but I'm not sure that all is correct. I'm looking forward to finding out more about her.
