Default !932-34 Handle??

Anyone who knows what this handle is for? 1932-34 style but with lock cylinder. Has the name Ford on the lock cylinder's face. Threaded in the end of the shaft
Diecast, not stainless.

My best guess is '33-'34 European, likely German, but not '32.
