Default Crankshaft pulley problem

Have a new rebuilt engine, just installed, my crankshaft pulley (2 piece) is rubbing my motor mount. The pulley has 3 spokes, 2 of them rub the mount. My top springs are about inch/half long. This is a 31 pickup, it has no brass button to center the mount post. What is the answer for this? I don't want to remove engine, and would hate to grind on anything. What's odd is the hand crank fits dead on in pulley. Thanks in advance.

Dont use the brass washer
Use a flat washer on the bottom and only tighten the castle nut enough to put the cotter pin in.

Look and see if the yolk is turned around, I think it can be installed backwards ?
