Yeah a couple of my cars has the vega box but like you said it doesn't look vintage. Anybody ever thought about casting a new box for a 32-34 with maybe vega internals?

Flatheadted was in the works to produce a new steering box for the 32, but its been a couple of years since I heard anything from him

I was looking at old Chevy truck boxes. They are a modern recirculating ball design and have the shaft above the sector like an F100. They are a far superior box to the Ford box. They actually look exactly the same as a F100 box.
