Be sure to correct the orientation of the pin retainer clips. One I see pictured is wrong.

I've built several engines with 3 7/16 bore one for the track and ine for the street. The street engine was built over 30 years ago and is still running. I used 21Z rods on the stroked crank.

JWL wants you to put the circlip gaps at either 12 or 6 o'clock. A must with high revving engines

With the gaps the way they are now, it is possible for them to compress and possible come loose.

Thanks for the info....Im used to using Spirolox, good stuff guys. Ron, can you remember how you cammed the street engine?

I know one had an Isky 1015 in it the other probably a 400jr for the track. But that was along time ago.

So far I have had two complete 3 7/16 bore by 4 inch stroke Flatheads never tried to run one. I still have one complete engine available everything is in a 59A block anyone interested send me a PM.
