Default my 1949 F1 Truck with a flathead 6 Cylinder Motor identify

Hi, i bought a 49 F1 Truck, which came with an extra flathead 6 motor. My question is if the motor in the truck is the original or if the extra motor was the original. The motor in the truck has the numbers 7HA6050-C2 on the head, and the number 7HA6015- B 8 on the lower side of the block. The spare motor has the number 1HA6050 on the head and the number 1HA6015-A on the lower block. previous owner has no prior knowledge, so any help much appreciated, my serial number starts with 97HC
