Default Finally finished painting.

I finally, with lots of advice from the guys here finished the 50 Merc. Lots of mistakes but better than what I started with. My wife is happy with it so I'm a happy camper. Thanks again for the help with my painting problems. Old guy Rich.

Rich
That is one beautiful sled. I bought one for thirteen dollars, with a can of cleaner wax discovered factory paint except one rear door. Sold it to a sailor the next week for $45.00.

Looking good! Don't let the little "oops" distract you from the great job YOU DID! If someone walks around it and starts pointing out stuff, ask them if they have a old car that they painted so you can see how it's suppose to look. LOL Great job Rich.

Thank you all for the kind words, appreciated. Hiding in the garage is a 51 Hudson Hornet and the only other car hiding is a 55 Ford Victoria 2 dr HT. Again, thanks for all the advice and nice comments. old guy Rich.

Thanks OL'Ron. I had one in high school that I paid $75 for and paid by the week with my paper route money. I wish I had it now, it was a two door, can't afford a two door now-a-days. old guy Rich
