Default 29 Model A Pickup Headlight Conduit Install?

Hello all!

Installing the conduit on the headlights through the holes on the side of the radiator seems pretty simple doesn't it?

That is what I thought as well until it came time to actually install them. I ordered the following parts from Macs
https://www.macsautoparts.com/ford_m...-diameter.html

We also have the radiator here...https://www.macsautoparts.com/ford_m...ce-import.html

The holes where the wiring goes through and the conduit are approximately 1/16th too small for the Ferrules to pass through. In fact, I have tried looking up videos for this super simple task or pictures on how to properly put these on and have had no luck.

Would anyone be able to spread some knowledge my way to figure this out?

Thank you!

Stick the wires through the grommets, then slide the conduit over the wires, then spray some WD-40 on the rubber grommet and push the conduit through it.
