What keeps the housing for the cam shaft from rotating in the rear backing plate?

Re: Rear brake
I'm talking about the housing with the grease fitting that the brarings are in, I replaced the track assembly and the housing rotates in the track.

Re: Rear brake
The housing should not rotate, talk to the supplier you purchased the rear brake track assembly from.
