Machining new batch of Thomas heads.
Since replacing a couple of machining centers I had to set up existing work in other machines. The Thomas heads are one of those jobs. A run of 10 castings was made and I am finally getting them machined this week.
Apparently, my pictures are too large to post here, so visit my Facebook page to see them. Or maybe over on the HAM. Tod |

Tod,
you can open a FREE ACCOUNT at www.photobucket.com Upload your photo there. Once uploaded click on your pictures IMGCODE and copy it. Paste the IMGCODE here and you have pictures without resizing.

Re: Machining new batch of Thomas heads.
I wonder how long it will be before Photo Bucket goes back to charging their $400 A YEAR ransom to access your photos WHICH YOU HAVE LINKED TO THEIR website ... like they have been doing for several years ?
Ask Tom Wesenberg where the 1000 photos are that he posted on Ford Barn using Photo Bucket and lost them all during a crash. Last edited by Benson; 01-09-2019 at 03:38 PM. |

Post what software and hardware you use for photos and maybe someone can give you a simple solution to reduce the size of your photos. I can help if it is a MAC and "Photos". Charlie Stephens |

Re: Machining new batch of Thomas heads.
MickeyT what version of Windows are you using? I've tried several photos and haven't found a resize option.

https://www.theverge.com/2017/7/4/15...sy-paid-update From the above URL: Quote starts here. Photobucket accused of blackmail after quietly requiring users to pay $400 a year to hotlink What is this, 2002? By Natt Garun@nattgarun Jul 4, 2017, 2:00pm EDT SHARE Amazon via BBC Thousands of listings from online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay are now filled with unsightly error images by Photobucket after the photo hosting site quietly introduced a $399 annual fee to users who want to embed images on third party websites. Users are now accusing Photobucket of extortion, as the service failed to make the update to its terms of service abundantly clear. USERS ARE ACCUSING PHOTOBUCKET OF EXTORTION It all began last week when Photobucket announced in a short blog post that it had updated its terms of service that had begun taking effect from June 20th. Nowhere in the blog post did Photobucket highlight the most important change, which was that it will now cost uploaders $400 a year to insert their photos on another website using direct image links. Photobucket, which launched in 2003, was previously free for all users to upload and embed images all over the web. It was a popular image hosting service of choice for early 2000s bloggers (think Xanga and LiveJournal) until the likes of Facebook and Instagram came along. Since then, it remained widely used by small businesses selling items through online marketplaces, offering 2GB of storage for free or $100 a year for 102GB of storage (the most popular paid plan, according to the service). The update to Photobucket’s ToS, however, means users are forced to upgrade to the most premium tier if they wish to hotlink. You can imagine, then, the outrage that ensued. It appears some users can’t even download their own photos out of their Photobucket accounts without upgrading. END QUOTE: There are thousands more postings about this practice. https://petapixel.com/2017/07/01/pho...-embedded-web/ Last edited by Benson; 01-12-2019 at 11:13 AM. |
