Default Front Engine Mount Yoke

I ran across an article, some time back, but now unable to locate it: the article mentions that the 2 springs attached to the bottom of the front engine mount yoke are to long and will affect the height of the engine .anyone recall where to find it or comments.?

Is there a measurement, like the center of the top yoke bolts to the frame, that we could check?
