What happened to Tod and his new Flathead?

He has mentioned that the foundries have been screwing him over and at this time he is backed up machining 4 banger heads and intake manifolds for Snyder’s. To get around the foundry hassles he is working toward setting up a small in house operation to suit his needs. He has machined four cylinder blocks in both iron and aluminum, and there will be an available five main option for those but the V8 block has not progressed past the design stage AFAIK. Seems like the last he posted on that project was he had redesigned the V8 ports.
He posts on the HAMB using the screen name 427designer but it’s not very often he does, I assume he is just too busy.
