Default Model a zenith carb problems

I have a Ford model a that I have bought 2 new zenith carbs that were supposed to be leak free and every time I run the car fuel leaks out the back of the carb. Any help on this would be awesome. Thanks

When do they leak ? While running or when sitting ? Its usually just a needle/seat issue.
