Default Interesting Marks on a B Diamond Block

I don't recall seeing anything like this on the other Block I have. This block still had standard size pistons. Are these Factory marks (other than the casting numbers)?

Even with standard bore, it likely had a valve job or two along the way and some of those could have been from that.
