Default 1937 ford rear fender tech.

OK, I have a 1937 tudor slantback sedan pass rear fender and the quest is will this fender fit a coupe, roadster or cabriolet, I thought they would interchange from thoughts of the past. I know the 38 was one of a kind for that year sedan was different. now maybe the humpback was different please help and tell me your thoughts. humbly john!

Quick answer...NO. If you have a really good metal man, perhaps he can stretch the straight area where it bolts to the rear outer pan the 1 7/8" difference in the coupe and flatback fender.

Coupe-10 7/8"
Flatback-9"
Humpback-6 5/8"

Sedan rear fenders will not interchange with Coupe or Roadster or Cabriolet.

I think Bob Drake had a good diagram that illustrated the differences in 1937 Ford rear fenders.
