Default Barners in Loveland

Are there any plans for the barners to meet up in Loveland? We did this in Puyallup and it was one of the highlights of the meet for me. Nothing big was planned we just had small stickers made so we could recognize each other in a crowd and met at a little bar/restaurant for a hour or so. Great to put a face to the handles on ford barn.

Marshall,
We'll wear a sticker! As for "little" bars, I've researched Loveland and Ft. Collins. They have more than enough micro breweries to meet once or twice a day in different bars! Dress era -- wear your "REPEAL" lapel pin, too.
(Count on four Model A's from west Chicagoland. You will recognize us by the butterfly and lightening bug carnage that will be on our radiators!

What would be really neat would be a lapel pin or something like it that we could all wear at events that would identify us as "Barners". I have pins for MAFCA, MARC, AACA, & AAMA adorning my cap. Why not add a FB pin to the collection???

I know this suggestion has been made before, but thought it was time to bring it up again.

Do we know if Ryan has Ok'd the use of the Fordbarn Logo as a lapel pin etc for use at Loveland and/or other meets? I think this was brought up before but I never found a definitive answer when I did an advanced search.

How's this? Took a screen shot and printed it. Cut it out and laminated it. Can't get picture right side up. 35 min. Is enough time to try. I give up.

Was wondering the same thing since the logo is his trademarked property. Seems there was some special permission needed at swapmeets etc. Rod

The stickers were placed on the ID we were handed. It made it easy to look at someone and check out their ID card hanging around their neck and see if it had the little Fordbarn sticker. If it were a pin that was in a group of other pins, it would be much harder to spot. Not saying that a pin wouldn't be a great thing to have.

I'm in loveland, and working on getting an oil leak repaired before the show. My Phaeton wouldn't qualify for show worth just a stock drive. I plan on at least parking in the parking lot.

The are Excelsior 19" radials. I think 600 19s if I remember correctly.

Thanks, John. I'm planning on purchasing new Excelsior Radial tires in the next few weeks and just wanted to know what size works best. My intended use is also on a Pickup, albeit a closed cab.

If there is an agreed meeting time, we can have a sign made to advertise, maybe have a sign up sheet in Hospitality?? If you want a neat place to meet that has ample seating, nice food and liquid refreshments, I suggest Beau Jo's Pizza in downtown Fort Collins. The building was once a Model TT final assembly plant, the lift with a TT Truck is still in the building. Nice bit of history with a 15% Discount with your convention badge.

You guys call.
