Flathead Lifter Adjustment
Need help for a friend with a Flatead which he is installing a set of Ardun Heads...how do you adjust the lifters in these things without them turning? There must be a special tool of somekind?! Anyone got a pic/tell me where to get it from?! Thanks. |

Re: Flathead Lifter Adjustment
There are special wrenches that don't work very well. If the heads are off I find it easier to pull the whole valve assembly, adjust the lifter on the bench, and reassemble. |
