Smile Exact dimensions of the 6 holes in the A block (inlet + outlet)

For my A speedster, I want to make a special exhaust header and have to rework a bit the inlet and outlet holes.
Question: Does anybody have the dimensions or a blueprint of the 6 holes in the block ?

Thanks a lot for help

Willi

Pick up a new gasket and dimension off of that. That's the route I'm going.

Get the one piece gasket that is metal on one side.

I made my own exhaust header and down draft intake manifold. I measure the gasket and block. It is my take that all the blue prints I've seen are in fractions.
My mill has dro and it likes decimals, I used a 12" dro calipers.
I used 3/8" x 2" x 18" CR, it leaked on both far ends on outer exhaust ports, had to remove and fix. I suggest you might use 1/2" thick CR x 2.25 wide for strength. Heres how I did mine, start with 18" bar, find center 9" on bar, now measure out 1.656 to left and right to exh, now out to 3.218 to the bolt holes, now 4.781 to the 2 intakes, now 6.343 to 2 bolt holes, now 7.906 to the last 2 exh ports, all these are fractional.
I bought all tubing from Columbia River mandrels.
carry on
