Default What are the differences between a 28/29 and 30/31 radiator?

I will be going to look at one tomorrow, but the people that have it do not know what year it is for, and I do not know how to tell.

I am guessing a threaded neck would be the easiest way to tell vs tabbed neck?

Interior, steering box (rebuild), and I am sure much more!

28/29 screw on cap, 30/31 half turn twist on. The 28/29 original has a funnel style top hose connection and the 30/31 is just a pipe to the tank. 30/31 is taller than 28/29.
