Default Tudor top wood

In rebuilding my 1930 Tudor I am uncovering all kinds of surprises. The body is going to be media blasted and the gas tank and top had to come off. Although the top appeared in very good condition once removed problems were exposed. Front wood header had issues but could have been salvaged. The stringers were another story. Right stringer was rotter out and was removed fairly easy. The left stringer does not to want to come out. The three bolts you see in the stinger will not drop out. The front is held captive by some sheet metal under the head but the back two should push right out which they will not.
I am in unfamiliar territory here. I was not able to find much info on removing the wood. I could not find a listing for the stringers alone so it appears will have to buy a complete set
Thanks

Ordsgt - I just checked the wood in my 1930 Turdor and the bolts are not like yours. They are installed from the top with the nuts under the sheet metal. Of course my outside skin is removed. To remove the skin there are nails in the door jamb wood, the metal is bent on the bottom from the door well area back to the wheel well, and THEN there is a row of bolts to separate the rear from the side (top to bottom). So it is quite involved!

Problem solved! The first carriage bolt after the door post the head is not visible, but the metal plate under the head is. It is a small Tab and when bent down the bolt falls clear. Stringer came right out

Just received my new top wood and am I impressed. I was expecting to have to drill out all the bolt holes but it is already drilled ready to install. The wood is unfinished so I plan on coating it but not sure what to use. Any suggestions?

this website has the individual pieces you seek, but for the price you might as well get a kit.
