Help dimensions bolt 34 Ford rear radius rod to torque tube

We have had the wrong bolt holding the rear tie rod ends together at the torque tube of my 1934 Ford.
Can anyone help with the correct dimensions (lenght and thickness) please.
I believe it takes a castle nut with cotter pin.
Any idea where i can get hold of one.

7/16 X 20 , 2.5" long.

I can't get under my 33 to check, but I think it is a 1/2" bolt, not 7/16.
Could be wrong, can anyone confirm?

I just checked under my 33, it's a 1/2 inch fine bolt 2 inches long. This is just long enough to stick out of the castle nut by about 2 threads.

The parts book agrees with Jim, 1/2-20 x 2".

I went by the green book and it only showed 1935 so thought it should be the same.

Ford part number 22231-S2, 1/2-20 x 2" with a drilled shank for a cotter pin.

It is the only bolt on the whole car that is that dimension. I recently built a late 32 - 34 rear for my 32 Cab -- knew I had a "spare" bolt like that from 40 years ago (when I tore down my 34 four door sedan) . . . dug around in my spare vintage bolt box and whaaalaaa - there it was - looking right at me!

Funny how finding a single bolt can make one happy!
