check out this internet radio station they play old country and western swing. i like to have it on in the shop
its from a little place called Banta California its KWPX

I’m 34 years old and all I listen to is old Ragtime and big band music. Jelly Roll Morton, Artie Shaw... etc

Got it here too thanks for the link .Got my AAA USA map out but could not find Banta maybe it is too small to be listed or maybe I cant read small print in the index but I did find Banning . Good songs and they did snuck in a bit of the Everley bros and Elvis .

Makes me think of 25 cent hamburgers, drive in movies, wide white sidewalls, loud pipes, bright red lipstick, and other wonderful things from the past.

It's in the Central Valley north of Turlock and south of Stockton just off of Highway 99. There are a lot of small towns like that in the Central Valley. Fresno is the big city in the Central Valley.
