I order a spring shackle kit in Oct 2016. I got the part today Dec 2017. The car was sold in spring of 2017. Call Mac's up told them I no longer needed the shackle kit. I would like to return it. Mac's told me I would have to pay 25% restocking fee plus pay to have the part ship back to them. Wow!!! I guess I eat that one.

You need to talk to the supervisor of the that person that gave you that info. Then call the credit card company and challenge the charge on your credit card. Refuse to pay it and if the credit card company will not help you then tell them to cancel the card. You will get action but you have to stand up not bend over.

Companies usually won't charge your card until the item is shipped.
Tell your credit card company this was MAC's policy, because it believe it was, and they screwed up.

Call your credit card company & advise it was not a legitimate sale, then send the stuff back, with or without a RA #.

I will never buy from MAC's again. They have saturated the internet search engines and they have thick catalogs that are enticing to look at, but they really sell junk, now they don't even ship the junk they sell!

I bought from them the other week for the first time as the were the only ones who had the parts I wanted,I havent got my stuff yet but will report back.

Me, I'd do as others say - have your Credit Card company cancel the changes. Then tell Mac's, they are free to come pickup the parts or send you a paid-in-advance UPS or FedEx return shipping label . . . and you'll be happy to return them. I would NOT be paying for a return for a ridiculous event like this. They created the problem - not you.

The problem is the part cost $17.00. It is not worth my time and money to chance after that amount of money. The last time I bought parts was from Joes and was very happy w/ the serves and the parts. I spend hundred dollars w/ Macs in the past. Macs is going and lost more then my $17.00. My plans right now is keep the part maybe sell it swap meet or give to friend project. Thanks for all the positive comments.

They must be having some startup problems since Ecklers took over. We buy from Ecklers for some pieces, such as old Chevy and Corvette stuff, but rely on C&G for Ford parts. Mac's was sold some time ago, and they had problems with delivery and quality. Perhaps you got caught in the transition.

I ordered from Macs about 10 days ago. I received all of my order in 9 days via USPS. I am rather amazed that the shipping was about $8 and everything arrived at my door with no problems.
I am pretty happy with Macs.
