Sorry you couldn't make it, Bill. It was a perfect day. Next year will be, too.

I think it is very cool that a group can "get-together" each year. Here is hoping nobody in the group gets too old to participate.

John, There seems to be a growing group of younger guys, that are filling in as the older guys "move on down the road." I think there will always be groups like this around.

Re: Gathering pictures(last link) these are really good
Thanks for posting the pics, Paul - I'd love to cruise on up with you guys, that's for sure.
The fellow with the blue roadster and side curtains - I'd like to contact him with regard to his side curtains. Any way I can do that? I'm working on a side curtain plan for my 32 and although it's different (it still has the front door post so that makes things a bit easier), I just have some basic questions. Thanks .... |

I knew about half of the guys there, but not the guy you refer to. If I ask around with some success, I'll be in touch. Why don't you plan on a tour next Fall. You can hook up with the Rolling Bones reliability run and then come to Rochester, Ma for the "Gathering." Your car would be a hit. The foliage is great this time of year.

Re: Gathering pictures(last link) these are really good
Thank you for the great pictures ,it was good to see some old cars and traditional hot rods. I cannot believe the newer cars or I should say new cars at shows this summer. Last show of the season at least for me last Sunday and close to 200 cars, at least three brand new Chargers, a whole bunch of Corvettes mostly 2006+,the brand new Camaro and a few brand new Mustangs, surprisingly they were the ones that received awards, only one of the four Flatheads got an award ,and nice cars one was a Best of Show at an even bigger event this past summer and did not even score. Is this the way it is now at most shows or cruises?
