my newest project
Not all of you know that I have a new project that had been sitting since 1973. This 1941 1.5 ton truck came off of the Farm and I just got it running today.
Enjoy. http://youtu.be/EpLnHdQ7P94 |

Re: my newest project
That's a neat old truck! I am sure it feels good to get it running again and a plus that the hydraulic dump bed works good as it does!
NICE!! Kevin |

Re: my newest project
For sure, but that will be a good project. I need to rewire my 47, plus put in new upholstery.

Re: my newest project
cool truck, wish mine had a dump bed. Is that a FORD script bed adapted to a dump frame?

Re: my newest project
Thanks for sharing, great project, looks good the way it is in a parade this fall. Place a few straw bales in the bed for seats and everyone would have a great time,

Re: my newest project
I ran the engine for about 20 min. yesterday, the longer it ran the better it sounded. I put MM oil in it so that should help. Runs strong and does not appear to burn oil at this time other than a bit of MM. Got to do brakework, wiring and get some tires among other things. I spent today cleaning the cab inside and doors with soap and water. Been this route before with the panel so I have learned some tricks. This old girl will shine when I get done.
