Default 35 vs 39 cab

The short story is I own a 35 cab and have found a 39. I would like to put the rear half of the roof and rear window on my 35, the sheet metal is much nicer. I know the belt line is different and windshield etc but is the cab shape the same?

An ever shorter story is; Why not look for a decent '35' Cab?

It's pretty decent but the rear window is rusted and it was beat up around the back. I figured if I'm going to chop it maybe I could blend the best of both into one? I have a tendency to overthink, maybe I'm under thinking this time.

You're going to chop it?

Sorry, I spaced out for a minute there. Anyhow the cab is nice, it doesn't help me out so it's time for a new home. I had to decide to take it or pass on it site unseen with very little notice. I took it but don't need it. Oh well.
