Default 1936 LB engine crack

Can this crack be repaired? It goes down in very edge of cylinder 3. I understand a sleeve would be required, it is bored .30 over. No other cracks seen, but has not been pressure tested.

Looks like someone has been in there before and tried to weld it.

Thatīs probably a crack pin someone put in there.
Pressure test...maybe itīs holding as is...then you can improve enough to make you sleep well at night

Guy said it was repaired many years ago, never put back in car.
