Default Throw out bearing hub lube extension

Has anyone tried a zerk lube extension flex tube down to the throwout bearing hub from inside the car ?

The modern sealed throw out bearing do not require greasing, so the grease you are putting in just lubes the throw out bearing carrier where is slides, which should last quite a while as it only slides when the clutch peddle is pressed down. I don't have the dates at hand but the later trucks had a flex hose to grease the bearing. The lube chart show to lube every 5000 miles (and that is with the original style bearings that did require service). For most that would be a LOT of years use before needed to pull floor boards and service, which would also give time to inspect the clutch as much as can be seen.
