AA Headlight Bar
I am trying to find out if the headlight bar for 1930 AA model truck is the same as for a 1930 model A car.

Re: AA Headlight Bar
That depends on the month of manufacture of the AA truck. The early 30 AA trucks from Jan.-June 30 had 29 style cabs and front fenders. Those used a 28-29 headlight bar. Post June 1930 trucks used the 30 front fenders and use the 1930 style headlight bar. Some early 30 AA trucks had the 28-28 square cab and used 30 style fenders with 30 headlight bar. Confusing? Whatever front fenders found on the 30 AA trucks used the corresponding style headlight bar. AA trucks were the repository of left over parts.

Re: AA Headlight Bar
I meant to write 28-29 in the third to last sentence. Not 28-28.

There was no AA headlamp support rod. The AA's used the A chassis rod. Commercial A and AA chassis converted to the new 1930/1931 style rod in June 1930.
