I still run vacuum, had tinkered with the idea of going electric but decided against it as the car doesn't get used enough in the rain to justify them and the stockers do a good enough job when "duty calls". I've already got a 6v primer fuel pump wired up plus a USB port wired and hidden behind the dash to run a gps digital speedo stuck to the windshield that I can calibrate to kmph which we work on. I also have turn signals wired up....all on 6v and fused, I reckon that's about enough additional current draw for the moment.

A good vacuum wiper and some Rain X does the job for me.
