New shoes, '35 pickup, now the drums won't fit!
Yep, the drums won't go back on, the brake linings seem to stick out about 1/16th too much...anybody else had this problem? What is the solution?

Get the shoes arced to fit the drums. I have a friend that has a drum lathe and shoe arcing machine. Probably someone in your area can do that for you.

If you are a patience psycho you can sand the shoes to fit the drum by hand. . |
