1928 fordor blind back sedan
Good day everyone,
My question is how do you remove the entire front seat on a 1928 fordor sedan? Thank you, Michael |

Re: 1928 fordor blind back sedan
You have to remove the upholstery from the door posts between the front and rear doors to get to the bracket hat connects to the back of the front seat. Then you remove the upholstery below that bracket. then the seat unbolts from the floor.
Luckily when I got my '28 leatherback everything was visible so could see how things were attached. Had to remake almost all of the wood on the front seat sides and the frames for the springs on the front and rear seats. Good Luck |
