For Sale: 1933 1934 Ford Roadster Phaeton Hinge Nut Retainers. I make these here in the USA with the highest of quality. These are an exact duplicate of the original in every way. You can not tell these from an original. They are the closest thing to putting a NOS part on your car. Each are beautifully painted black. They are shear cut and the holes are punched in a punch press. Retainers go behind the wood of the doors and the wood of the B-pillar at the hinge location. There were 6 on every car. None were used at the casting. There job was to keep the SQUARE nut from crushing into the wood. And to keep the nut from rotating when screws are tightened. No screws or nuts are included in the sale. There just shown in the photos for you to see how they work. Screws and nuts are standard and can be purchase at any hardware supply.
