Default Water stains-help!

Older tan Lebarron Bonney roadster top has water stains. Is there a thing can be done to remove or minimize these stains?

Can you post or message a picture? I do a fair bit of interior detailing, there might be an easy solution.

There are a number of different products a person can spray on and rinse off but I tend to use what the material manufacturer recommends. The top should be Haartz stay fast. This link is straight from Haartz.
