Default Low cranking voltage

I have a 49 woodie hot rod with 92 Ford 302 and AOD. I'm installing a FiTech fuel injection unit on it. Had the hardest time getting it to start. Contacted FiTech and they suggested low cranking voltage. Took the 12V battery and got it tested and it was OK. Only thing left was to unhook the cables, sand the connections including the battery posts and re-attach. Problem solved. Haven't had this problem on a 12V system before. Runs like a top now.

One thing for sure is if you had a stock flathead in it, even on 12 volts you would not have the same problem.

Did you put anything on the connections when you put it back together? A little grease can help with oxidation and corrosion.
