Vince Falter somewhere talks about the "Sextette" which was a Dual Duty axle coupled with a Warford Dual High (and maybe even used against the Ruxstell High-Low Intermediate Transmission.)

These apparently were much used for heavy duty trucking during the construction of the Hoover Dam and is somewhere cited in advertising material of that era.
