Default What happened to Third Gen Automotive?

Does anyone know the status of Third Gen Automotive (formerly Roy Nacewicz Enterprises)? I placed and order for some bolts in January and received them promptly. I placed two orders in March and another the first week of April. Since then -- crickets. I have emailed them three times inquiring about my orders but have received no response. I called but they will not answer the phone and insist that one leaves a voice message... to which they never respond. What's up? They have a great line of authentically correct fasteners but they seem to have fallen into a crack in the earth. Any ideas?

If they are a dead end, can anyone recommend another supplier for the proper fasteners? in the meantime my engine/suspension rebuild project is in limbo...

Thanks for your time!

I just received an order from them this past week. Mike is like everyone else in that he is WAY understaffed and short on time, but he does do a great job. Yes, you must leave a voice mail. Even I require that too, and most other small businesses are the same post-Covid.

As for an alternate supplier, since Danny Driskell was the one that originally found the machine shop for Roy to get his fasteners manufactured from, I doubt you are going to find another supplier of reproduction Model-A fasteners.

Ditto Brent’s comment. I’ve received several orders over the past few months with no issues- the most recent just last week. Am very pleased with Third Gen!

I talk to Michael about 3 times a week. They do not answer phones on Fridays, because they are short staffed, on Fridays they get caught up on inventory and rebuilding services. I suggest you try again as I've had nothing but excellent service from them.

I will add that if you place your order via their website, you will recieve the fastest service.
