Default GAZ head

Does anybody have a good idea how much a GAZ engine head is worth?

It would be a GAZ owner that would be looking for them for the most part. It may be more or less valuable depending on how many are still floating around Russia and eastern Europe. Another concern would be the compression ratio but I have no idea what GAZ manufactured in that respect.

A GAZ jeep owner contacted me as his head had frost cracks , He sent me pictures and it looked like a standard 3 bolt water pump "B" head it even had the "C" between no.2 and 3 spark plug holes . Looks like the GAZ factory still used the Ford head casting mould . I sold him a regular "B" which bolted right on . He was a happy bunny . As for value whether "A" or "B" head I think would be no different from a regular USA head .

John in no weather today Suffolk County England .
