Default wiring stock '56 F100 wiper motor

Got a '56 Ford F100 with many uninstalled original parts in boxes and trying to wire the stock electric wiper motor I got with it.This was probably a positive ground vehicle from the factory, correct? Was it factory 1 or 2 speed? There are 3 wires coming from it. Red, Green and black...Any help in where each goes?

Ford went to 12v negative ground beginning with the '56 models. Check the Old Car Manual Project for a free diagram. Barring that you'll need to buy a service manual or at least a wiring diagram/schematic. https://www.google.com/search?q=tocm...active&ssui=on

Here's a couple links to sites with a selection of Ford wiring diagrams.

This one is specifically '56 Ford truck... but if yours has a turn signal switch I'm noticing the diagram doesn't show it.

Here is a page with tabs to more than a few '57 to '65 wiring diagrams. Virtually all for cars but the wiring of vehicles '56 to '57 is 98% the same. (dash gauge voltage regulator was added for '57)
