Default Still 46 shutter

My 46 3 ton can do ANYTHING except stop its 25+ MPH shutter. Idle, accelerate, stand stop, climb trees you name it, not over 20-25 MPH though. Tune things worse, tune em better. You can go to any number of extremes in fire and fuel you want. Some better, some worse. BEST you can do is "perfection all round" except 25 MPH+. Not running gear. Shove in clutch or engine off coast and she's gone. Will also do if I rev high enough in neutral. Better with all advance into timing. That dont cure it but you can stay in seat

VALVE/SPRING?

PS. Likes to pull NOT coast. If cruising and starts plunging into a hill without lowering gear. Just making her muscle will largely lessen situation

Thoughts? YES IM FRUSTRATED

My first thought is an out of balance flywheel/clutch assembly.

Check fuel delivery and pressure, and venting of the gas tank. That last time we fixed that problem for a customer we found a radiator cap on the gas tank instead of the vented real cap.

If it’s entirely speed related, and not merely rpm, or load, maybe it’s drivetrain. Is there a way to back off the adjustment on individual brake drums, one at a time, to see if any are grabbing?
