Re: How long has she been "Your Baby"?
I know most of you have got me beat by MANY years. But There's a LOT to be said for new love. BONNIE and I are STILL "putting pennies in the jar", and I intend to do so for the rest of my healthy days. We've been going at it with vigor for a year and a half, and there's no end in sight.

Re: How long has she been "Your Baby"?
Just got my first A ($3000) one year ago, it slept for 53 years before I woke her.
I plan on driving her for for a long long time. I've had my '57 since '75 ($300) must have a million miles on it by now, will keep driving it forever too.

Dad bought his '31 Roadster in 1961, I've been caretaker since 1983, maybe 2016 is the year it sees the road again. Bob

My Father in Law bought my 1930 Murray Town Sedan in November 1957, drove it until 1959, then garaged it, never to be started again until this year.

Re: How long has she been "Your Baby"?
My 1928 Phaeton I got in 1965, restored it and drove it from Northern California to Albuquerque, NM in 1966 to attend the MAFCA national convention. Currently redoing the car in hopes of taking it to the 2016 MAFCA convention in Loveland, CO you should redo them every 50 years. And I met my wife because of the car. The picture is on a tour to Yosemite in 2007.

I'll be 60 in January and bought my first Model A last September after attending the Old Car Festival at Greenfield Village for the first time also. Wish I hadn't waited so long! Oh well, better late than never.

Re: How long has she been "Your Baby"?
Bought my 31 Roadster in 1973 paying $1700 for it. Today, the engine is out of it and I am in the process of freshening up a few things for the next couple of decades of driving. Happy travels, to all............

Re: How long has she been "Your Baby"?
I bought what was to become "Miss Tillie" in the summer of 2010 and then spent a rigorous 2 1/2 years restoring it. What an education. What a Blessing to have it.
