If somebody offers you 100-150 you better jump on it & give them a great handshake. I can say that cause it is not mine but you ask.

From the pictures it looks like they welded the bracing right over the serial number location, left front, you may find it just in front of welded part, top of frame.

The numbers should be on top the frame near where or a bit forward of the steering box bracket i.

It is definitely a '35 frame as indicated by the radiator mounts.

The number on my frame was closer to the outer edge between the two front rivets that hold on the steering box mount. The sequence number less the prefix was also stamped on the forward part of the rear hump and mid rail; all on the left side.

The numbers are there, it is sometimes very difficult to see them if you are not familiar with what they look like and they are NOT easy to see most of the time. They are in three locations along the drivers side.

Look on the top left frame rail in the area where the front door would be located and on the same left rail about halfway up the rear "kick up" on the frame. Looking at your photos I still think it's a good possibility that the number can be found near the steering box mount.

Don't use any type of motorized sander or wire brush to try and find those serial numbers. I feel it's best to use a hand held wire brush and some type of solvent in the areas indicated in rich b's picture. Something should come up in at least one of those areas.
If that chassis was mine, I would completely disassemble it, and determine condition of its components. You could have more value there than you think, or what some here are telling you.
I bought a complete rolling 35 chassis two years ago that didn't look to be in much better condition than yours, and sold many of the individual components for more than 10x my initial investment, and also kept some parts for use on my own cars. If you lived closer to me, I would probably buy that chassis in a heartbeat.

Pics of chassis I purchased and disassembled. Many good part were removed from this assembly. Of course you must be willing to spend the time and do the work required, and I don't mind that.

If a fellow puts a bunch of work into it, it will be worth more and can be sold for more. It just depends of if a fellow is willing to put the work in. That one would certainly take a lot of work but I've seen a lot worse. If a person wants the foundation of a 1935 Ford, then there you have it.
