Default collision subrail damage / change in wood blocks

hello- 1930 roadster A- see pix- after brazing repair and home made piece, standard blocks won't fit--i'm going to need to make some home made individualized blocks; so ques: what is standard distance from top of transverse rail to top of subrail? thank you

There is a sill piece made to replace that area
My assessment is you should start over and replace the portion of the sill. It looks warped et al
Not an answer to your question in your post but MHO
I don't have the dimensions sorry
